NG80960JF3V33 Overview
Since the microprocessor is packed in QFP, shipping overseas is convenient. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. There are 132 terminations totally. A 3.3V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. A 32-Bit architecture is used. 33MHz is the frequency of the CPU. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 132 pins. The CPU's external data bus width is 32. Temperatures above 100°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Injection of 132 pins into the body of the embedded microprocessor is carried out. Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in many applications. As of 3.3V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. It is 3V on the CPU's core. Random-Access Memory (RAM) is designed with an amount of 1kB KB. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 3.45V. In order for the micro processor to work at its best, it should be fed a voltage of 3.15V.
