For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving 14-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.25MHz. Input voltage 4.75V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 5V.
