16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is the package in which FIFO memory chip is contained.There is a case Tube in which it is packaged.The FIFO chips have a memory of 64 16 x 4 that can be used to store applications and data.It is recommended that the temperature of the system be regulated to 0°C~70°C for reliable operation.The FIFO memory's mounting type is Through Hole .A 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage is required to power it.The 74ALS series is represented by this memory logic.Mounting it in Through Hole is recommended.The 74ALS232 family of objects contains it.When the supply voltage is 5V , high efficiency is possible.16 terminations are contained in FIFO means.16 pins are used for operation.There is a maximum current requirement of 125mA for its operation.For FIFO's maximum efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 5V .There is a self-contained gadget within FIFOs .ICs of type OTHER FIFO are used in the FIFO memory chip.When the frequency is set to 40MHz it can maintain good accuracy.Normally, the component owns 5V power supplies.With the use of 2 circuits, FIFO memory chip provides enhanced flexibility.
